What is your shipping policy?

We ship everything out of our warehouse in California.

DOMESTIC

For USA Domestic Shipping, we charge a flat rate of $15/bag.

INTERNATIONAL

For all international shipping, we charge a flat shipping rate of $35/bag.

How heavy is your bag?

Our Roam bags are between 1.1 - 1.2 lbs when empty. These bags are heavier than traditional drawstring bags due to the cut-resistant materials used.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind Roam ByBLVD and will replace or repair manufacturing defects (additional shipping fees required). We offer 10 days return window (from date of shipment) less a 25% mandatory restocking fee. If you have any questions or would like to return the bag, please email us first at roam@byblvd.com to obtain return authorization.

We do not offer refunds or returns on bags that have been used or washed. Eligibility for refunds must be in new, original unused condition. Any promotions/discount items are ineligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued only after review and inspection of returned bag - please allow 7-10 working days for refund to be processed upon receipt. For more information, please email us.

How do I order wholesale?

For orders of 10 or more bags, we can offer a quantity discounts off your entire order. For more information, please email us.

Corporate or team printing on the drawstring bag?

If you’d like to order your bags custom with logo designs, please email us for details.
